That is the most common year of off centers I've seen. I've got a few of them myself.

I've found slightly off's, including a couple of Canadian Toonies cores were off enough to see. I posted about them but no one seemed interested in responding about them so I just assumed they were nothing and I finally put them back in circulation. Now I've seen images of toonie off centers listed as errors with similar off ceneteredness degrees to mine ... maybe I should have kept them   This 1999 from Scooby is WAY WAY more off center. I've never found any off centers that cut off letters or designs/devises ... YET! And this 1999 was a given, not a find.
