Not sure what this is but if it was from a liquid I would like to know what kind of liquid it is. The spot is very shiny. Also,would a drop of liquid be a perfect circle? Thanks all, John1

May have had a round sticker on it for a while.

That would be a very tiny sticker.

A drop of clear paint or varnish would protect the surface so it wouldn't change color while the rest of the coin circulates. When the paint/varnish chips off, you're left with a circle of untoned coin.
