Both grades look reasonable, though its tough to tell from the pictures.

You may get get better images if you take the coins out of the album. The IHC looks like solid AU, possible AU-55 (it's an 1896, not 1881, right?). The Walker could be MS-64 or so, or it could be an AU-58 slider. If there is any trace of rub over Liberty's breastplate and/or the eagle's breast or leg feathers a TPG will call it AU.
