Wow. That's really odd. It's hard to tell by the photos if the coin is worn or if it's just a weak strike or what. I guess that could be toning but it looks like grime. I know next to nothing about Walkers, but something seems a bit off-kilter here. Still....the seller is Top-Rated with 100% positive feedback on over 8400 transactions. It's hard to get that far with ratings like that if you're doing underhanded things. I guess I'd have to see better phots, or be holding it in my hand... He sure does "garbage up" the holders his coins are in!

I think its a bad picture. By the way, its really annoying how this guy puts a billion stickers or little phrases all over the 2x2's or whatever.
