So I got a stack of 100 $1 bills at the bank today...66666601-66666700. In that stack is 66666666. They are all crisp and new. I know that they are worth something...im just not sure how much. I read online that the reserve number can make the solid number bill more valuable if it matches up with the serial number, which it does. The bill has serial numbers of 66666666, and the reserve number is 6. any one have any ideas on what it is worth and how I can get the most $$ for it. Should I sell it by itself or with the other bills? Don't the other bills that have seven or six 6's in a row have a value as well? Please let me know. Thanks!

ZOWWIE!! Solid 6's alone is really something isn't it?
Sorry I know almost zero about notes and values but I do know collectors want solid numbers! I always check the numbers on any notes I get, jut in case a good radar or solid number is there. I collect pennies ;) paper not in my budget to hoard :(

I'm with Dottir! Wow!
I think all the notes that have just one other digit will be worth something, too. As a binary note, like 66666655 & 77 and so on.
Can't wait to see some responses. You're going to have some people jealous!

I have been checking my change and looking at notes for 25 years. I find on occasion a destroyed star note or some old silver coins...but never anything like this! I have been trying to figure out the odds of this stack of bills landing in my hands and it really has to be 1 in a million. Does anyone know how many solid number notes were printed in 2006 and how many $1 bills were printed in 2006?

I remember seeing solid 2's on a twenty dollar bill last year with a price tag of $1800.....I am jealous....I wouldn't sell it for less than $500, cause I would keep it......Great find anyway

Yes, it's evil. All those 6's I would hazard a guess that a lot of people would want just that one note and not the whole lot so maybe wouldn't bid or offer to buy everything else just to get their hands on the one. But again, I know zero about this stuff. I just know a lot more people would be interested in just the 6's note. I have a feeling your note might bring some good bucks and you can buy a whole lot more notes to search
