How come some of them look gold and some of them almost look like they have a copper mixed into the gold color? The coins are in good condition too

I have noticed this and have been wondering the same thing. Hopefully someone who knows more can advise.

They have toned. It does not take much to tone them, much like a brown uncirculated Lincoln Cent.

jbuck said it. they are coated with something that tones fast whether touched or not. when the air hits them they start the process. I think I remember reading that it has to do with the metal it's made of and the coating put together. I get mine from mint and proof sets for my books and they go directly to the book and sealed and I have yet to have one tone. I did polish one once on one of them plating company polishers lol it got really purdy but was worthless after the polishing was done maybe not worthless I did get a buck for it

If by that you mean they have a streaked appearance, that would be caused by an improper mixing of the alloy used for th outer layer. The same kind of thing that creates the "woodgrain" toning on some pre-82 Lincoln cents.
