Ampex and others are getting stupid money for these. I think they're too common. Am I nuts? (about this) Their description is as follows: "This rare error occurs when the collar die is not properly aligned with the obverse and reverse dies. There is reeding on the part of the edge where the collar was, but not on the rest of the edge. This is a very rare error." (on a 500.00 Ike.) The 83-P is pretty thrashed, but I'm keeping the '60 for the wierdo album.
