Looks genuine to me, I don't think the surfaces are original though. I just won't buy anything from someone that does not offer a return.

I wouldn't bid on it based on the seller's negative feedback. There's not much, but it's clear that the seller is someone I wouldn't personally trust.

And, to be clear, I'm not a feedback nazi, who expects someone to always have perfect feedback. Things happen. It's how the seller responds to feedback that helps me decide what to do.

Surfaces might be lightly cleaned, but I don't see anything worse. I don't really mind no returns, if the coin is really horrible compared to the pictures I just dispute it through ebay. Some people might not like that, but I refuse to be scammed.
