Tim Stroud Pillar of the Community United States 2661 Posts	Posted 01/30/2011 10:00 am Went on a Civil War relic hunt yesterday. No coins but found a couple of nice pieces anyway. First the junk. Dropped three ring Union Army bullet. An Infantry shoulder scale. I am working on permission to hunt the property that an old 1700's house sits on in this same area. It is rumored that it was used as a temporary headquarters by one of the Confederate commanders and later by the Union Army. Hope to get the go ahead for that soon. I am dreaming of finding a Flowing Hair dollar as I type this. Report this Post to the Staff
