Can't believe it, but this seems like a RPM as well... two coins behind the last. I see doubling on the serifs, but I haven't checked this one out yet. Here is an album link with high res photos:

I can't find this one on coppercoins, either. The MM on this coin is quite low, closer to Lincoln than the 9. Makes it easy to sift through the marks but I didn't find a match. This coin is uncirculated adn appears to be an early die stage with very few flaws.
