Can anyone identify and estimate value of a silver Spanish coin, dated 1801 with a shield on one side (no pillars). Left side of shield has number 20. Right side of shield has R...
The lettering around the shield has et ind rex S.L.A.
The front of the coin has Carolus IIII and that's all I can make out.

The problem is that these coins are often counterfeited - and placing a value on such a coin without seeing at least a decent photo of both sides and the edge is pretty much impossible. Also, a measurement of the diameter and, if you have access to an accurate scale, the weight are helpful, too.
