War Nickel, Clipped Planchet? - Coin Community Forum

Darth Anarchus Pillar of the Community United States 1388 Posts	Posted 02/04/2011 11:33 am I picked this up a few days ago for around spot to get my first War Nickel, and it was in a small holder, and when I went to change holders, I noticed this... I would really like some help in determining if this is a clipped planchett... I know the grade is like a VG-8, but I don't know if this has any extra value... Report this Post to the Staff

Scooby Due Pillar of the Community United States 4000 Posts	Posted 02/04/2011 2:32 pm I think it looks like a legitimate incomplete planchet.
