I got this from a large junk pile I bought on ebay, almost miss this one being uptight for what I paid.

I also found a 1902 gold plated Indian cent which I will post it later once I get coin pictures taken.

Hmm! I just notice there's a small 'U' between on top of the T and E of the word STATE.
