not a RPM or any other important variety, and yes - it has the broken die lower serrif. all that said - it is also the most complete filled "D" I have seen. I dont see any of the original mint mark, except the completely filled, almost like a dome "D". that's all. thanks.
The lower serif is caused by a damaged punch. The filled interior is because of the post that shapped the inside of the mint mark was broken off. Many different dies this year had the exact looking lower split on the mint mark.
