Using the "enhanced" photos is a good tactic for them since they can charge a slight premium for the coin and, when delivered, most people will just shrug, accept that it doesn't look exactly like the picture, and give the standard "good transaction" type feedback.
I guess it is OK so long as they have a return policy I mean really it is just good marketing if a bit deceptive. Food companies do it all the time the burger you get at BK in no way resembles any of the marketing materials.
