I'd say MS-65PL, the marks on the cheek and nose are too distracting for a higher MS grade. But that's just my opinion.

My first thought was 64 PL, and looking at the responses; I am being quite harsh. It probably grades higher, but I'm going with my first thought anyways just to stand out from the crowd. ;-P

Actually Johnny, you are right on the ball, except for the PL part. Though it is possible this is undergraded.
