Yeah it is cwb8539. I just pulled this from a 1000-count bag from a coin shop. The ding isn't all that bad really. Sadly, they "count" the coins using a machine. It also explains the fresh-looking rubs on the cheek and jaw...

Look at it this way...if they counted 'em by hand you wouldn't be finding all these little treasures out of those bags. This one coin is worth a nice premium over what you paid for the whole bag!
