I have a chance to buy this coin at a decent price, but I'm not sure it's legit. One of the people that I bought something off of ebay already offered this to me. I can't tell if the MM is added or not. I'm not thrilled with the coin so I probably wont buy it, but if it's legit I might. I'm in the process of asking for higher res pictures right now.

the 19-d is a tough coin to find in a high grade-I've noticed a lot of dealers overgading as a result-full horn ones are scarce, and that year is not know for real good strikes. Having said that, this coin has a real nice reverse, say AU-55, but I'm not crazy about the obverse-weak strike, and what's going on with the rim, especially near liberty? For that reason, a net grade of xf-45 would be max what I would want to pay for that coin, imo.

Yea I was only considering buying this because the strike is better than the others that I did a quick look up on. I know that they're not the best year for a good strike. Full horn is all good and well, but like you said - the obv isn't that spectacular. I was hoping to hear about AU52, but I wasn't sure what the obv would do to the grade. Thank you for your opinion!

Interesting doubling on this coin on the lips, nose, & forehead. Not sure I'd go as high as AU either. Looks legit to me though

Yea I was chalking that one up to the camera? I have no clue to be honest. Thanks for your opinions on the grade. I'll be passing as I don't think this one has a spot in my book ;/
