yes and no it really depends how close you look at it the camera will always bring out all the defects in a coin that's why it is important to have high quality pics, so you can see all the flaws. My pics are not the best but this is an older pic with a cheap camera i'll try and get a pic of my 35-d up tonight with my new camera

Doesn't appear circulated. Probably MS-60 -61 area. Nice quarter!

Luster is quite nice and I do not see any major marks(just plenty of small ones), I would call it MS-62. That is a nice tough Washington
