I agree, large. The way I tell, thanks to everyone on here, is the bottom of the 7 & 0 must be even, the leg of the 7 cannot drop below the 0. and the tail on the loop on the 9 is somewhat pointed on the end, not flat, and points directly at the 7 in a horizontal manner. Wish I had one of Coops pics to post, it cleared it up for me all in one pic. Still have not found mine yet.

Large Date.

The quick way to save my images is to open a word page. Right click the image and save the address on the word page. Then you can open the image from the word page or copy paste it to a forum. I don't mind.

Finished looking through my stash of over 300+ 1970S' just hoping to see the real deal. A big time 0! Was interesting using my little toy camera/scope, though.

Even with that setup HD, you would be able to tell if it was a large for small date. How do I know? Well you identified large dates, then a small date would be seen just as well.
