I'm not great at grading Buffalo nickels, but I would guess XF-40. Nice!

I'm gonna go XF-45-I don't think it would make an AU grade.

Gonna go with XF-40. Obverse shows more details than the reverse, but also has more bag marks/dings. This coin had sharp details at one point.

I'm thinking XF40 as well the reverse has just a little more wear than I would like to see..

What is going on with the obverse profile ... in particular the lips and chin?

Appears to be Strike Doubling from here ... or is that just the lighting of the photo.

I saw that too. I almost felt like getting up to see if it was a known error (or at least in the CherryPickers Guide), but I'm tired and don't feel like getting up ;)

It's probably my lighting. Here is another coin, a 1913 TY.1, with the similar effect.

Looks XF-45/40 to this guy. Also, it could be a double profile variety. If so, it does warrant a modest premium.
