Help/Tips-With-My-New-Sony-Dsc-T99-Cybershot

You can see the darker area circle in the center. I can't get away from that. Any tips? Thanks!

How close is your camera to the coin. The coin looks like it has alot of luster, so your getting a reflection of your camera I think. When that happens to me I treat the coin like a proof and dont place the camera perpindicular to the coin. I off set it between 3 to 5 degrees. Try that, it should take care of the dark spot.

Here's the front of one of my 1999 WAMS. The reverse I posted on the modern grading thread. All I did was change a little of the lighting and then turn off the flash. Actualy, I posted this and the 1998 WAM I found this year in the bank roll finds thread. You can see some better pics...still learning.

Thats what it is alot of time is practice and figuring what type of light and how much sometimes. Different types of coins your learn with trial and error what will work and what wont. The picture looks great, another thing to do everytime is to correct your white balance level every time that you take picture with the light that your using. That will help out alot.
