It appears that something has been added to the coin, the rim is still completely clear but it should not be there if it was a Cud. Weigh it and I bet you have a slightly heavy coin.

Normal look obverse. Looks like something was added to the coin. If it were a Cud you would see weakness at 8:00 on the obverse.
