I really struggle grading these.. There doesn't appear to be much luster on the front.. I'm guessing that could indicate this coin was dipped. Thoughts?

EF45/AU50, it has been cleaned at some point and there is some light hairlining in the fields. It is still a nice coin and the cleaning was not excessively harsh.

Thanks everyone - just about where I thought it would be.. This is a good piece for me to examine more closely to see the cleaning in hand that everyone else notices from the pictures. Does the coloring look off to anyone? Or are the cleaning remarks just from the hairlining in the fields?

Do you think the reverse is cleaned as well? Or only the obverse?
