Just to confirm... is Freidberg #1265 (10-cent 5th issue fractional note with red seal) the long key and #1266 is the short key?

Also is #1308 (25-cent note) the long key and #1309 the short key?

and finally why are there 2 Freidberg numbers for the fractional 5th issue 50-cent note (#1380 and #1381)? They dont have a long and short key as far as I know, so I was curious as to why it is listed with 2 FR#'s in the greensheet, what is the differnce? Thanks for the help!

The Whitman Encyclopedia of us paper money only list the #1381 No explanation as to why they dropped the #1380. The mystery goes on for now.

These notes were printed on two distinct types of paper..... one white, and the other off white, with a nearly pinkish hue.... it has recently been determined that despite the paper used, they are the same variety, with neither paper color holding a scarcity factor over the other.
