I have a $20 note with the serial: IH 00606063 A.

It doesn't matter either way, as it's condition makes it a certain spender. Just curious, though. Thanks!

It's as close to being a ladder as it is close to being a repeater IMHO. The close ones are more aggravating for me personally.

Yeah, I see what you're saying. It's almost there, but doesn't make it, which is quite aggravating.

I was just asking about it being a ladder because of how the zeros are placed. I have read that some folks don't count zeros in SN's, but I suppose they would have to be at the very beginning, or very end of the SN, for that to apply. Where as, with mine, they are scattered throughout.
