what do you mean with vice ? you are saying someone hammered 2 cents face to face to stamp each other ?

i though about that but the reverse have no damage kind odd but I just dont know !

That's exactly it. It was done by squeezing Two Cents together in a vice. There won't necessarily be damage to the reverse if something is done to protect it from the jaws of the vice. Using a piece of leather or thick cloth works well.

Just an aside. Hopefully coin collectors don't have too many "vices" however, those of us that tinker or have a workshop own at least one VISE. I believe that is the term that you intended to use. As for the reverse having no apparent damage, those that engage in doing "hammer" jobs or "vise" jobs will back the coin with something such as a piece of leather to keep from damaging the opposing side. After you've seen a few of these they are pretty easy to spot.
