I did a little invertigation on World Coin Grading (WCG). The only coins which popped up on a WCG Google were those listed or sold by the seller ravalexcoins. World COIN Grading came up empty for a website. HOWEVER, the same search also came up with WCG (World CLASS Grading) whose website states that it will soon be grading coins. Bobby, this is more in your balliwick since World CLASS Grading specializes in baseball and other cards with a domain registered in Scottsdale, AZ (registrant is GoDaddy through Domains By Proxy which doesn't help at all). Do you think there's a relationship between the two WCGs? Their labels appear quite dissimilar. From what little I can deduce about World Class Grading, it appears to be legitimate.

Whoever the boiler room operator of World COIN Grading wouldn't know an MS-67 or a Prooflike coin if it bit him where the sun doesn't shine . Only time will tell how long he lasts. Unfortunately, he's getting bids on his coins. Fortunately, he's already piling up the dissatisfied customers with negative and neutral feedbacks.

World Coin Grading and World Class Grading are two different companies. (There was also a World Coin Grading Service back in 2002 that appears to be different from the current firm.) World Class Grading was active back in 2002 and has done little since then, although in 2005 they did briefly do a multi-coin holder for older proof sets and mint sets. It was actually just an oversized holder that held the entire government issue flat pack. World Coin Grading is a much more recent startup, and I am rather surprised that they are still around.
