very good chance.
as for QVC, maybe they did grade this. I wonder if you can get the F B I to grade coins. or C I A .... they may come back hollowed out with microchips in the center though.

It's not a trademark infringement. You cannot trademark just letters. They would have to use the same lettering and "style." Kinda like the IBM logo.
