1927 Belgium 5 Centimes:grade ID & KM 66 Or 67 ID

Hello,

I am having some difficulty determining whether this coin is a km 66 or a km 67.

The 10th edition book of World Coins by Krause seems to be ambiguous on this issue.

Please determine what this coin exactly is and the grade also.

I have 36th edition of Krause and there are no doubts, it is km# 67, "BELGIE" dutch legend; while km# 66 is "BELGIQUE" french legend.

About the grade, my opinion is betweem VF and F.
