This caught my eye. Just to much north matter. It has the tail of a P, bud looks like a doubled D with a tail. I know of no OMM for this year. Opinions?

The nickel though, can you get a better (in focus) pic of the obverse/also the reverse. Close up-shot of the "L I" in LIBERTY, and his nose if you can. Cool find, it's intriguing.

Seems to be a normal D with a chip.

Ugh, fuzzy pictures are hard to tell. I can't zoom in at all to see, what might be damage could be something else and vice/versa. The close up's helped a bit, can't give you anything definitive based on these though
