Nothing special but I just picked this up today. I have always wanted one, I traded in a American Eagle on top of $2.00 for this. I got the price of a silver round for the American Eagle because of the tarnished spots, that's the whole reason I traded it in though.

Nice. I've got a tonne of 89s, but I don't think I've got any 88s... then again, I don't keep great track of them ...

Yeah for some reason I have always wanted one since I was a kid haha. I finally got one. My next will be a Chinese Panda haha then a Kookaburra.

Looks great. After I started buying American Eagles I started looking at the other ones. Definitely picking up a few Kookaburras and Maples in a few days.

Nice coin. I love the maple design. 1988 was the first year for silver maples.
