In the past three weeks, I've reported two coin listings for listing violations using the link from this site. The violations were clear, and were clearly delineated. In all this time, I've never received as much as an acknowledgment of receipt for my report, and both listings are still up. In the past, within 2 days, I received an acknowledgment telling me that my concerns would be passed along to a coin committee. This month, nothing. Has someone fallen asleep at the switch?
Rest in Peace

When I reported a violation in the past, I received confirmation back right away of my submission, and an email from a real person a short time later with the result of their investigation. It really made a good impression on me that ebay was taking issues seriously.

I followed the link in the "Report ebay Coin Violations" post.
Rest in Peace

Wei Fun, I had usually had a similar experience in the past as you described. That is full feedback on actions taken. But lately, they appear to go to cyber File 13. Too, many sellers are getting away with rip off activities unscathed because of it.
