A couple weeks ago I was scrolling through ebay coins "ending soonest" and I saw a title 1894S and 3 others. there was less than 2 minutes left and 1 bid. I looked at the photo, it showed a 1894S Barber quarter, an 1864 IHC, a 1863 silver 3 cent and a 1861 Nova Scotia 1 cent. I quickly bid because I like large coppers and don't have a Nova Scotia one. well I won, (yay) and then looked at the description, it said only the 1894 for sale the others will be on ebay UK because they sell better there. I paid, because it was my fault for not reading, but I did leave my first negative because of a misleading title. He has sent me requests to revise my feedback, the latest offering a full refund. I don't care about the refund, but would any of you revise? He is trying to protect his 100%, but I think he needs to take the neg. I was honest in the feedback, I left a 5 for fast shipping.

I hate auctions like that. I dont think you should change anything. Any seller should only show what there actually selling. I can understand with a low dollar Item using a stock picture of that Item only as long as the tell you its a stock picture.

If the picture was 4 coins and the title 4 coins, then I have no problem with leaving negative feedback. Why? Because you had a negative experience. I understand the consequences of negative feedback, but I think it's warranted here. When reviewing feedback, I always sort on the neutrals and negatives, so if you left a positive, I'd never be warned about deceptive titles/pictures. And providing true opinions on what your buying experience was is exactly what feedback should be for. BTW, you did mess up, but by your post, you never would have bid if titled and pictured correctly, so I rule against the seller. Should be interesting to see other opinions.
