Question In Regards To 2001 Misaligned Note For Sale

I am finding errors to be interesting and want to add to the one I have. I am curious if the starting bid listed for this note is proper or a little on the high end. If this was an uncirculated note I could see someone possibly giving that for it, but that someone wouldn't be me. Edited to add If you are serious about buying errors spend your money first on a book or two. Stephen Sullivan's or Dr Fredrick Bart's book on US currency errors are a good place to start.
