If you go to the commercial window you should have no problems. They deal with it all day.

That is pretty funny... I have a certain teller I try to use everytime I go in for a box. She is very friendly and will actually go back into the vault and look to see what is customer rolled and fed wrapped. The bank charges 5 bucks a box, but she will go in find the fed wrapped rolls so I don't have to pay for it or she will bust the box open for me so I don't have to pay the 5 bucks. She asked what I do with the coins and I told her I collect them and look through them. To my suprised she actually seemed interested and asked me what I coins I was looking for and I told her there were too many to name, so she asked for my phone number yesterday and said she would hold onto anything that was interesting or something she rarely sees so I could look at it. It is ashame I am married and probably 10 + years older than her, she is cute.

I just bought a box of pennies and some rolls of nickels. When I asked the teller I could see the gears start moving and then they quickly puttered out. "Do you own a concession stand?" No "Are you sure you want a box of pennies?" Yes "Do you just want a bunch of change or something?" Yep I could see was simply lost of why I would want a box of pennies. I didn't tell her why I just got my box and left her pondering.

At many banks tellers are young, single females. If you are a young, male, consider the possibility she was trying to start a conversation with you. Way back when I was young and single I noticed that many tellers did start conversations. Now that I'm older, only the older ones do that.

Same here, with the addition of the pregnant and not so attractive ones.

Well I am younger, but this teller was the oldest of the four that were there.
And she looked at me like I was commiting a crime <--not the first thing I usually get when women hit on me.

Cherry Picking the Teller Window...
At my bank, tellers keep change sorted (edge up) in a little tray on the counter top. While the teller does my transaction, I have time to do some some quick cherry picking the edges for silver or anything that catches my eye. I just buy the change down to the coin I want.
(... oh yes... I am that cool.)
Rest in Peace
