Derek Moffett's site is usapapermoney and he has quite a bit of info along with other folks (collectors / dealers). If you need / are after certain set of numbers check his site and if you do not find the info send him an email (contact info is on his site). I contacted him on a particular SN and he was very helpful.
As per your $2 sheet it's interesting that they put them out starting at 96. Usually they (BEP) do go to 99 AND OR change the ending suffix. On the yearly series (single note) of $2's they changed the ending suffix to B and the first four digits to the year (2010) etc.
