I don't like raining on peoples parades so I won't say that you paid too much (yes I saw the auction price). But I will say that since it is from your hometown it has a value to you it wouldn't have for just anyone. If you are happy with it why does it matter what the value is?

Just curious. I am a stats person so I like as many numbers as I can get. That is why I love baseball. You should see the spreadsheets I have.
