Think the inscription says something about commemorating her birth April 30th, 1909

Generally speaking, well-worn bronze medals such as this don't tend to command much money. High relief medals in silver and gold are far more sought after by collectors when in choice condition. Gold and silver medals are generally presentation pieces, whereas bronze medals were typically struck in much larger numbers for sale to the general public. Still, your item is a bit of history that should have some appeal to specific collectors.

The commemorative medal says: "Ter herinnering aan de geboorte van prinses Juliana der Nederlanden 30 april 1909. Bij gelegenheid van haar eerste bezoek aan Amsterdam mei 1910" which means "In memory of the birth of princess Juliana of the Netherlands on April 30, 1909. By the occasion of her first visit to Amsterdam May 1909"

And the answer, as ExoGuy said, is "probably not very much". Medals are usually worth more in the country where they were made - in this case, the Netherlands. This is especially so where a foreign language makes it hard to determine what the medal is for. Medals like this typically end up in my local coin dealer's "Odd & Curious - $2 each" junk-box.
Some historical context: "Princess Juliana" became Queen Juliana who reigned from 1948 until she "retired" in 1980. She died in 2004.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
