Obviously it's not a 66 but in trying to determine the ACTUAL grade for this coin I'm not really sure what I'm looking at. I know the no mint is famous for weak strikes. How much of this is due to that and could it be worn dies or are those two terms the same thing? How much is due to normal wear? Would there be PUP's for determining which is which?
