..your pics are a little to out of focus to be sure but here is a comparison pic from coop who is our best source of photos

Looks like a large date. "Liberty" is pretty bold and the "9" looks taller than the "7."

I think you are probably right, I tried to get a more clear pic and the 9 looks bigger now and not as curly.
