I just got this.

It was little bit of a gamble on not-quite-so-clear pictures on an ebay auction.


Thoughts? Comments? Your grade?

that's a real nice coin-I'd say high end Au-most likely a 58. Imagine someone put that way in 1929 or 1930,31 at the latest. Hard to do with what was going on at that time.

AU-58 or MS-63. Hard to tell if the dings on the legs of the obverse would be considered post mint or not. Really pretty coin either way.

AU55. It's funny moe, I just took a gamble on a 1929-D on ebay too! Looks to be AU, the seller calls AU50. We shall see when I get in hand. I will post for grading.

I think it's AU-50/55......looks to have a bit of wear on the breast and right thigh. Of course, I usually undergrade a bit.
