Check this out..... http://www.bradfordexchange.com/pro...Step-N_NicheNotice that you will get a "a complete set of Peace dollars, issued from 1922-1935". Just think, SBA,s, Ike's, and as they become available, VG Peace, and Morgans for only $44.95+ $5.00 s&h. But Wait!! there is more! You will also get a free wood display case. A once-in-a-lifetime commemorative coin collection opportunity, full of historical significance and potential value, so order now.

That's actually $44.95 for each issue. So... $44.95 each coin. Hmm..

Yeah I know, and we better hurry before they are all gone. I bet the Peace and Morgans are worn slick and don't even come close to being VG.

They put everything into that "slick" presentation--and people buy into it, time and again. It may be legal, but I could not do that.

They get my 84 year old mother-in-law all the time. She'll call me and ask about the hipe she sees on HSN or that "National Something Mint" all the time. I always tell her that it's not wise to listen to the TV offers but then she still thinks the Presidential dollar program are real gold dollars. TV and the KC Star would never lie...I hear her say. What's a guy to do?

"The complete set" means different things to different people but to me "the complete set" of Susies would would include at minimum P&D which would be 8 coins... and that's not even including S, which would bring it to 11. This isn't a "complete set" of anything, it looks like it would be a "one of each year" set. But then as I'm looking at it, I wonder how they split up their issues, and wondering if it is indeed "per coin"--- Susies are 1 issue. $44.95. Ikes are another issue, another $44.95. So now you're up to $100 before you get to anything really worth anything. What's really interesting though it that they do not delineate what comes in issues #3 and 4, or even how many issues comprise the "complete" set. Only that there's 26 coins total. If they keep their listing by "issue" and it is another $44.95 for the Peace dollars and $44.95 for the Morgans, ummmm.... count me in. You'd be in at about $200 for everything, including 15 silver coins with a melt value of over $350. It probably is 1 coin = 1 issue once it gets to anything silver. 1900, 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904 1921, then 1922 1923 1924 1925 1926 1927 1928 1934 1935 1971 1972 1973 1974 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 1981 199

Precisely why I tell everyone never to buy me coins. I try not to be born every minute, but they sucker our families into it!
Everytime, in fact, I hear someone say "silver" referring only to the "colour" a couple brain cells pop in my brain out of pity for them.

I hear bank tellers, auctioneers, and everyday folks refer to the Eisenhower dollar as a silver dollar. These guys are peddling crap. Probably leftovers from Littleton and nothing of any real value except for the bullion.
