There's some dust on the coin, and assuming that change in light (between the eye and hair) is not an abrasion, I'd say it is a 65.

I agree definately 65 details but the heavy scratches might knock off a grade depending on where you send it. Very pretty coin either way!

Not a great reverse strike. Obverse has some scratches on the cheekbone. AU58/MS60.
