The closest variety I can see that is remotely similar is a CONECA reference : RPM-001, Wexler reference : WRPM-003.
Unfortunately, the shadowed D on Leonard's coin appears higher than the coin I am referencing.
Any other input from better informed sources is welcomed.

You've got RPM #7! Shown in the Cherrypicker's Guide as FS-507, this RPM may be the priciest for the date. A gentleman I've done business with sold one on Teletrade a few weeks ago, on 2/14, it was an MS-63 Red Brown coin, but it fetched $525, plus 15% buyers fee. As a respectable XF/AU piece, there's a real and strong market for your coin. It's one of my personal favorites, overlooked for quite a while, it's scarcity is being reflected in it's market value. Awesome Find!

Yup...I concur...1944D-1MM-007, CONECA RPM-007. Not very common, but not too difficult to find.

Leonardpusher- I might caution you in regard to Teletrade- it's not for the uninitiated! I had a friend who was amazed at the prices realized at Teletrade, he sent in a ton of coins, after grading fees, seller fees, handling fees and other costs, he ended up owning the company nearly a thousand dollars after all his coins were sold. I'm not trying to discourage you at all, just saying it's not like eBay- know exactly what your coin is worth and why, know what it's going to cost to get slabbed, know what your costs to sell it will be. The '44-D RPM #7 MAY be an exception, but it's rare that you'll cherrypick a circulated RPM which will prove to be lucrative after slabbing and the cost to sell it. All I'm saying is know what you're jumping into.

I'm not really all that "up" on the current market, but I would think this would bring $20-25 at most. It's kinda there on the line between being valuable enough but not quite. It could bring a little profit, but it could break even too...even bring a loss. I'd run this on ebay raw and get what it gets there...just not quite worth trying through PCGS and Teletrade. That's an opinion, but a rather educated opinion. I've been through a dozen or more of these over time. None were BU, but they really aren't all that hard to find.

liveandievarieties and coppercoins, I hear your voice and I really appreciate. I originally bought some Lincoln Penny rolls for assembling sets, now I found its FUN to search errors, its also a learning process---both error knowledge and coin market as we are talking about...thanks

Good. One of the first things to lear is that repunched mintmarks are NOT errors. They are die varieties...and there IS a big difference.

So what about the edges? Slightly off center?

Hi,
The issue with the edges is nothing. It's relatively normal. The ID of it as RPM#7 is right on the money. It's a $15 to $20 coin in BU so go down accordingly for this one. maybe $10-$12 for this one.
It is somewhat easy to find.
