I was told by a few people who have extensive knowledge in numismatics and grading that this could just possible be a Proof but they are only going on pictures. It has the makers also, the die scratches around the nose area of lincolns profile and the die chip on the revers near Unum. The chip is difficult to see but you tell me. Also notice the flat squared off rims.

I see nothing that would indicate a proof, those rims are definitely not sharp square proof rims. Complete photos of both sides would also be much more helpful than small partial photos.

ok will do, i'll try and get the best photos I can with my digiscope. I was only mainly going by the markers and thanks for the help advice

I believe this is just a business strike. The matte proofs have wide square outer rims.
