As stated on the Lincoln rolls thread, I picked up these rolls a few weeks ago and didn't really have a chance to take a look at them. I found out when I got home that some of them were marked with dates, and with the exception of one roll that was marked 1961 (was actually 1960), the rest seem to be marked correctly.
Here is the breakdown of the rolls:
43-1
60-1
61-8
62-1
63-3
64-3
73-1
Mixed -13
I've gone through 2 of the 1961 rolls and scanned the best ones I found. Obviously the scanner won't pick up on the luster and what not, but it's a lot better than my iphone until I get my camera back. All the edges have pretty much browned (On the ones scanned), as have most of the coins (Due to the old paper maybe?).
The Rolls!

First sample scan..I know it wasn't straight. Sorry.

Best out of two rolls.

Don't look nearly as good as they do in person, but that's expected.
Lame phone attempt at showing luster:

My question: Is there anything specific to look for in the dates? I know there is the 1960 L.Date/S.Date and I'll be sure to look for errors/varieties as well.
One thing that I mentioned in another thread is since I'm new to collecting, I haven't seen much in the way of older coins being in good condition. So when I found these, the luster/color struck me as being odd. I thought they may have been cleaned/dipped, but under my loupe I can't see any hairlines in the fields that would indicate some sort of cleaning.
Nothing special I know, and they are far from being perfect. Just excited to come across them as most of my roll finds are junk.
Between these and the wheats I have coming from Indian1, I'm going to have my hands full for awhile.
Any questions, comments, advice, etc. are appreciated. Thanks for looking!
Cheers,
Ryan
