It appears to be an English halfgroat, or twopence, from the reign of Henry VII. The two tiny keys below left and below right of the shield are the mintmarks for Archbishop Bainbridge's mint in York. It doesn't have a date on it but we know this type was only issued in the period 1504-1509. It's listed in the catalogues as Sear #2261 and Coincraft #H72D-090.
