its a us Philippine issue coin, there pretty neat I have a few of them but prefer the earlier ones as there 90% silver. Heres a link with a bunch of info

Sorry, I lost my text above somehow. My friend has acquired this coin. He says its a 20 cent piece, but he is no expert. He only sent me one picture. Thank you.

Looks like a Philipinnes Peso or a Centavo Struck in Manila.

In XF, it is worth $4 and only in UNC it is worth about $30. IMHO, I think the coin is a VF.
