1967 LMC - Extra Metal

I found this one roll searching last week. I thought it was a lamination at first, but the more I look at it, I'm pretty sure it's a metal shaving strike-through. The section over bays 1 & 2 has about 1/64" clearance from the surface of the bays, although it is flush to the columns. It's also loose, creased and folded over in the UNITED area. (It was tough for me to show that in pix since I needed to take them from an angle and couldn't get any clear ones.)

I don't know how it has stayed on all these years. It looks like if I flicked it with a toothpick that it would fall right off.
